Down on your skills? Not sure you have enough experience? Not sure you deserve that (relationship, job, etc)?
Self-sabotage is a common struggle that can hold you back from achieving your goals and living a fulfilling life. Here are three powerful tips to help you break free from this cycle:

     1.     Recognize the Patterns

The first step is awareness. Take a moment to identify the thoughts and behaviors that are leading to self-sabotage. Do you procrastinate on important tasks or doubt your abilities? Once you recognize these patterns, you can begin to challenge them.

2.     Shift Your Mindset

Negative self-talk often fuels self-sabotage. Replace limiting beliefs with positive affirmations and focus on your strengths. Celebrate small victories and remind yourself that progress, not perfection, is the goal.

3.     Create a Plan of Action

Set clear, realistic goals and break them down into manageable steps. Accountability can also make a big difference. Whether it’s a friend, coach, or mentor, having someone to check in with can help keep you on track.
By practicing self-awareness, building a positive mindset, and taking consistent action, you can overcome self-sabotage and start moving toward your true potential.

I start my day by giving myself a high 5 in the mirror and have my positive affirmations there too so I can read them daily.  It's been a game changer for me and I hope you try this for you as well.
